I run a small staffing firm specializing in IT and purchased the Jobter System. It's very powerful and a great vehicle to identify passive candidates.

Jobster definetely is an option for recruiters and internet sourcers to take advantage of. The free option for sure - the ability to sign up for a profile on their site for one, and search across other profiles based on key words (tags for their site). You can reach out to others on the site too by sending "notes". I will do a video tutorial on the site in the next week or two to give a good demonstration of the site in use. Stay tuned...

I was just wondering what your thoughts were on Jobster and whether or not you feel this is a viable option for recruiters?

Thanks!
